CyFair Elite Sports is a non-profit company registered in the state of Texas and a Nike basketball affiliate. The organization was established to provide an educational experience through sports participation.
CyFair Elite Sports is open to participation by all female athletes between the ages of 5 and 19 years of age. CyFair Elite Sports is a basketball program developed to encourage and empower our future leaders/athletes by using athletics as a tool to improve health and fitness, encourage academic excellence, develop life skills and values, and produce well-rounded, productive citizens in our societies. The program forms teams are comprised of players from the Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana and New Mexico areas that participate in events such as AAU Nationals and NCAA certified exposure events. CyFair Elite Sports also hosts clinics, skill sessions and development programs to help our athletes aspire to reach their potential.
We have a distinguished track record of over 21 years of consistently providing the best competition, exposure and coaching to our players. This has provided many of our athletes with an opportunity to receive scholarships at collegiate programs around the country at all levels (Division I, II, III, NAIA and Junior College).
CyFair Elite Sports has placed over 107 female athletes in top D1 Universities across the country since 2005. These institutions are known to be academically superior and athletically competitive. Some of the D1 Universities that CyFair Elite Sports has placed women players are: UCLA, UConn, Stanford, Notre Dame, University of Texas, Kentucky, Duke, Baylor, Harvard, Princeton, UPenn and Cornell and so many more. Since 2008 CyFair Elite Sports has 13 athletes who were selected to Team USA, 18 to McDonald All-American’s, since 2015, 8 athletes were selected for the Jordan Brand Classic and in 2018, Our Director, Mr. Earl Allen was selected as one of the Jordan Brand Classic coaches.
In addition, more than 95% of our CyFair Elite athletes have graduated from college and some have gone further in academics to pursue a master’s degree. It is important to note that for some of these athletes are the first-generation college attendees within their respective families. In addition to graduating from college, CyFair athletes have gone on to play in the WNBA (3 being 1st round draft picks), overseas, careers in medicine, broadcasting, teaching and journalism to name a few.
